家明絮語 Ka Ming Says...

整晚奧斯卡最動人的一幕, Clint Eastwood向觀眾介紹了Ennio Morricone, 屏幕播放了Morricone配樂的電影片段及樂章.

然後Celine Dion從後台出來, 唱出 "I Knew I Loved You".

原曲出自1984年的"義薄雲天"(Once Upon a Time in America), Morricone的其中一個經典配樂作品. 當年, Alan 及 Marilyn Bergman曾提出為優美的旋律寫詞, 但被"義"片的監製推卻了. 想不到二十多年後竟然再有機會, 把舊曲譜新詞, 並交由Celine Dion演唱, 在Morricone接受榮譽獎項的奧斯卡晚上, 向這位義大利配樂大師致敬.

這首樂曲我耳熟能詳了, 但有歌詞的版本真是第一次聽, 感覺新鮮.

奧斯卡這個晚上, 看到Schoonmaker及Scorsese這對多年搭檔分別得獎, 還是令人興奮的. 可惜"無間道風雲"(The Departed)的攝影師Michael Ballhaus沒份提名, 否則鐵三角同時奪獎就很完美了!!
